Game Engine Basics
My Part
This project was ambitious with creating one feature each week. Therefore, we decided to split up the task into two people tackling the algorithms and two people integrating it into the engine. I was on the team of integrating it and debugging any issues with other systems.
Learnings
The project was quite overwhelming. Learning everything from C++ over system architecture to shader at the same time was a hard challenge. Having a team to solve issues together was immensely useful as everyone had different expertise and views on the problem.
