Game Engine Basics
My Part
This project was set up as a single feature each week. Therefore, we decided to split up the task into two people tackling the algorithm and two people integrating it into the engine. I was on the team of integrating it and debugging any issues with other systems.
Learnings
The project was quite overwhelming. Learning everything from C++ over system architecture to shader at the same time was a hard challenge. Having a team to solve issues together was immensely useful as everyone had different expertise and views on the problem.
